We were looking for an activity to help our teenage son gain strength, endurance and confidence. We have found so much more at Freedom Martial Arts. We started with Freedom Martial Arts two years ago. This past year due to a schedule conflict we were unable to attend FMA. Recently, we had the opportunity to return to the classes. The value of these classes has become more apparent in our absence. My son finds that the classes are not only helping him gain the strength, endurance and confidence we originally sought but also help him with focus, making right choices, and keep him accountable. He says that they help him to be a better student. The benefits carry into all other areas of our lives. Instructor Yirme is a fabulous leader. He leads with strong character and example not only holding each student accountable to uphold strong character, he also carries himself very professionally and is a great example of a young man for our children to witness. We have had great experience with all of the youth black belt leadership as well.
